Sake Workshop With Yuko Sasaki
Join us Sunday, December 16th at 4pm for a workshop about Doburoku, the primitive sake. Yuko Sasaki has been fermenting Japanese foods from scratch for over 6 years now. She will take us through the methods and materials and answer questions. Take home your own sake to ferment and enjoy just a few days later! Sample Miso, Koji, Sake, and one-bite sushi made by Yuko.
